This is one of the hardest wearing hard floors on the market and has a very wide range of styles and choices, including woods, stones and metallics. It is suitable for use anywhere in the home and comes with Amtico’s 20 year guarantee.

Spacia

Spacia has a more limited range of styles to choose from and represents good value for money and comes with a 15 year guarantee.

Karndean 

Karndean is an alternative to Amtico with ranges of varying quality, including the award winning Van Gogh long strip range. This product is again suitable for anywhere in the home with guarantees of 12 to 20 years depending on the product selected.

Cushioned vinyl, sheet flooring

Cushioned vinyl is a very practical and cost effective solution to Amtico and Karndean. This comes in sheet form of 2, 3, or 4 metre widths. These also have guarantees ranging from 7 to 20 years depending on quality. Marmoleum 

Marmoleum is another name for linoleum which is made entirely of natural materials. Limestone, wood-flour, rosin, jute, linseed oil and pigment, making it one of the most environmentally friendly products available it come in 2 metre wide sheet, or tiles which are more appropriate for domestic installations. It is extremely hard wearing and if maintained and installed correctly will last for indefinitely in a domestic situation.

Dalsouple

Dalsouple is an extensive range of rubber tiles available in several designs and 70 stock colours. If you cannot find the right colour they are able to make it for you. This is also a product that in a domestic environment last a lifetime.
